Quotes and estimates

All quotes provided by A&T Landscapes are free of charge and carry no obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. After this period, pricing may be subject to change.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of survey. If additional work is identified during the project that was not visible or foreseeable at the quoting stage, we will inform you and agree any additional costs before proceeding.

Payment terms

For larger projects, a deposit may be required upon confirmation of your booking. The amount of any deposit will be agreed and confirmed in writing before work begins.

The remaining balance is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer or cash. All payments should be made within the timeframe agreed at the point of booking.

All costs, including any applicable VAT, will be clearly itemised in your written quote. There are no hidden charges.

Our liability

A&T Landscapes is fully insured for public liability. We take every reasonable precaution to protect your property during the course of our work.

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions that could not reasonably have been identified prior to commencement of work, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including adverse weather conditions or ground conditions not identified at survey stage).

Any concerns regarding the quality of completed work should be raised with us within 14 days of project completion. We are committed to resolving any genuine issues promptly and fairly.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that we have adequate and safe access to the site for the duration of the project. You should notify us in advance of any underground services (such as pipes or cables) that may be present on site.

Where planning permission or other consents are required for the work you have requested, it is your responsibility to obtain these before work begins. We are happy to advise on what may be required.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or postpone a booking, please give us at least 48 hours' notice wherever possible. This allows us to make alternative arrangements and helps avoid any disruption.

In the event of late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled start), we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to cover costs already incurred. Any such charge will be discussed and agreed with you at the time.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to severe or unsafe weather conditions. We will give you as much notice as possible and rearrange at the earliest opportunity.

Complaints

We take all feedback seriously. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work to resolve the issue. You can reach us at landscapes.at@gmail.com or by calling 07735 916029.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the provision of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
